Founded in September 2023, Urban Spices and Foods is a proud Indian food brand based in Nashik, Maharashtra, specializing in ready-to-cook premixes and expertly crafted blended spices. What began as a humble idea quickly transformed into a trusted name in the Indian food space, with a product range that now includes 22 ready-to-cook premixes and 15 uniquely formulated spice blends—each one carefully developed to deliver authentic flavors straight from our kitchen to yours.
Why We Started
We understand that today’s fast-paced lifestyle often leaves little time to prepare elaborate meals from scratch. At Urban Spices and Foods, we realized there was a growing need for quick cooking solutions that retain the soul of traditional Indian cooking—flavorful, rich, and satisfying meals that remind you of home.
Our founder, Seema Gaware Patil—also a well-known culinary expert and head of Om Sai Cooking Classes—dreamed of bringing convenience and authenticity together on one plate. This led to the creation of Urban Spices and Foods—a brand that combines the heritage of Indian spices with modern-day ease.
