Easy Cooking Instructions for Delicious Urban Chicken Sukka - Recipe by Seema Gaware Patil:

cooking instructions:

take cooker, add 2 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 500 gm chicken, 1 tsp salt saute it. add 250 to 300 ml water and give 2 whistles.

heat 60 ml oil, add whole spices, 2 chopped onion and saute it till golden colour. add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, add chopped green chillies, 1 chopped tomato. saute it. add 1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 1/2 tbsp urban chicken sukka masala, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and cook it till oil separates.

add boiled chicken, little water, chopped coriander, 1 tbsp butter and cook for 5 mins.
