Easy-to-Follow Cooking Instructions:

1. Marinate 250g of boneless chicken with 2 tablespoons of curd, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, ½ tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.

2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Meanwhile, mix 1 packet of premix with 300ml of water.

3. In another pan, heat 4 tablespoons of oil. Add 100g or the puree of 1 ½ tomatoes and sauté until the oil separates.

4. Add the premix mixture and the cooked chicken. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of cream.
